Queen Mary College, University of London carried out a survey of what is expected to be the largest source of disputes in renewable projects in 2022.
RENEWABLE DISPUTES
Although many of the expected disputes are similar to those of oil and gas (supply chain and pricing of materials) the leading issues were expected to be the design and performance of the facilities and regulatory issues. The gas industry shares the disputes related to regulatory issues but oil and gas does not really face design and performance issues.
