CHRIS ROBERTS
Solar Energy Expert
Chris has a MSc Architecture: Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies from the University of East London. He has more than 20 years of experience in renewable energy systems. He is a technical consultant to the UK Solar Trade Association. He has acted as an independent expert in a number of commercial arbitrations and course cases.
RITA JOLLY
Commercial Advisor
Rita is an experienced economist and commercial advisor with over 30 years in the oil industry. An expert in financial modelling, economic evaluation & risk analysis with excellent valuation skills at both macro & micro level. Familiar with the fiscal regimes of numerous countries & presented to show economic & fiscal implications for oil & gas developments to a wide range of industry & government partners worldwide. A sound knowledge of the commercial, economic & financial drivers of the industry, specialising in international fiscal term financial modelling. Rita has a broad experience base, having delivered projects across the world for acquisitions, development economics, exploration economics, competent person’s reports, due diligence etc. She personally, developed & launched the market leader petroleum economic software, OGLE (now known as Merak Peep) and has developed and conducted training courses in petroleum economics & is an expert in Microsoft software and Visual Basic.
JEFFREY GOLDMAN
Financial Controller
Jeffrey is responsible for the accounting function and financial matters of the company.
He has been a Chartered Accountant for 40 years having trained in a medium sized accounting practice but then, after qualifying, went into Industry working for a UK blue chip company and then as Chief Accountant for a private company overseeing a number of diverse business activities.
He subsequently returned to Practice becoming a Partner in a London based medium sized Accountancy firm helping clients to grow and offering a complete business service. Jeffrey retired from his Practice in 2014
